Each year, we open our submission period approximately three months before the event. For 2025, The Choreographers’ Ball will take place on October 19th.

Please check back in August 2025 to apply. If you’d like to be notified when submissions open, you can submit a request below to be contacted as soon as the acceptance period begins.

TIME LIMIT:
Each company is allowed up to 8 minutes to perform, this simply means that you can do one 8 minute piece or you can do two 4 minute pieces or you can do four 2 minute pieces or however you choose to separate your time.
